Step 2 | Personalized Plan
An in-depth study of your health history, daily habits, pressing concerns and symptoms informs a personalized comprehensive protocol to support your wellness goals. You’ll receive your unique nutrition, lifestyle, movement and supplementation recommendations. I may also suggest functional assessments. This is all included in the Sprout Starter Package.
Step 3 | Ongoing Support
Together, we’ll set a rhythm for our work together, dependent on your goals and desired integration pace. Each one-on-one follow-up session builds on the last. Life happens and change is hard, so you are always met with flexibility and without judgment. We will celebrate your successes and consider any setbacks. Using a combination of motivational interviewing and creative collaborative brainstorming, you’ll be set up for sustainable progress with manageable, actionable session commitments.

Four virtual sessions bundled together to nurture a successful start: Intake session (1.5 hours), an extended follow-up session (1 hour) and two more follow-up sessions (45 minutes each), all conducted via a secure HIPAA-compliant video call

Are sessions in-person or virtual?
All sessions are virtual, held over video call using a HIPAA-compliant secure platform. Free consultations are available via phone call.
Where are you located?
I’m in the Bay Area in California. However, with all-virtual sessions, I can work with you no matter where you live!
How do you ensure integration of the recommendations?
The Sprout Starter Package model was designed from years of clinical experimentation for smooth integration and impact. Throughout the process, I work with you to make recommendations as actionable and realistic as possible. And in-between sessions, I welcome you to message me with questions and updates to stay on-track. While I cannot eat for you, this is as close as it gets.
How often will we meet?
The pacing is determined by your wellness goals and desired integration pace. I’ll help guide a rhythm, but it’s ultimately up to you. Most people choose to meet anywhere from weekly to monthly.
What can I expect after completing the Sprout Starter Package?
Generally, most people are prepared to fly solo to take everything they’ve learned and implement on their own; however, some people benefit from additional time together. There’s always the option to add additional sessions after the Sprout Starter Package. Let’s schedule a time to talk so I can set clearer expectations for you.
What are the optional Skill Sessions?
Skill Sessions are add-on 1:1 virtual sessions devoted to honing a skill to support your ultimate wellness goals. I build as much education into our included scheduled time as possible, so you will most-definitely be skill-building without the need for add-ons. That said, certain skills, especially for those with less practice and exposure, can benefit from dedicated skill-building. As examples, my most popular skill sessions are: private yoga; cooking demonstrations; and kitchen pantry refreshes.
